Nicholas Francisco Update

We still are getting quite a bit of traffic regarding Nick. As of right now Nicholas is still missing, Christine recently updated the families blog with the facts from the case, I think it’s pretty important as a lot of people have been playing junior detective without the facts and posting some pretty negative things about Christine and Nick. Here’s the post:

I am so tired of people not having the facts straight. So here i will list all the facts.

*Nicholas went missing 2/13/08
*I spoke to him at 6PM on his work phone as i had throughout that day.
*He had to sign off on a project at work
*A co-worker saw him leave the building at 6:10PM – he never said he was going to safeway that was speculation on the co-workers part based on him saying he need to “go up here” as he pointed up the hill towards his car. the co-worker really did just assume he was going to safeway and had no basis for that assumption.
*He would have parked on the street not in a parking lot.
*No one saw him get in his car or drive away.
*His cell phone battery was dead all day, confirmed by co-workers
*Nicholas NEVER had an iPhone. if you pay attention to the date the photo on flicker was taken is was long before the iPhone came out. Nicholas even states it’s a joke in the caption.
*He was going to costco in tukwila to get a bag of organic sugar (a specific kind needed for other purposes than just cookies)
*He is not believed by police to ever have made it to costco
*His car was found monday 2/18 at a condo complex in Federal Way, 30 min south of our home.
*His cell phone is his phone but got a discount through work.
*he always carries his laptop with him in a gray sleeve and then puts that into his orange and gray messenger bag.
*police have not walked away from the case at all. there is no evidence pointing to him running off or of foul play so they will keep looking.
*he did not have any credit cards on him and there is no activity on his email or bank accounts
*the paypal account is for his business and there was no money missing. he just didn’t make near as much as he usually does.
*we used to own a jeep wrangler but not anymore.
*He was NEVER seen at a public storage. the original lead was mis-told the media. the truth is someone at the public storage saw a car drive by that looked like his.
*though it’s none of your business Nicholas was on a studio salary and not on an art director salary as he was up for his raise in the coming months. he was promoted last summer to the art director position.
*I never asked for donations. two days after his disappearance etsy friends started putting funds into my paypal account. 5 days after he disappeared friends and family and STRANGERS asked that someone open an account for donations. I do after all have a house to pay for and two kids to provide for not to mention my unborn baby to care for as well. As for my businesses they bring in enough to recoup costs and pay for needed supplies like fabric. so no my businesses cannot in anyway support me or my kids.

so if the info isn’t listed on here then it just is a rumor and should be treated as such. also i will not address anything that doesn’t pertain to the case but of course this is my blog and I will post what i choose.

I don’t really know Christine, I chatted with her briefly a few days ago and I could tell she really needs the support of everyone. Please keep her and the kids in your thoughts and prayers. Nicholas Francisco Update

The search continues in regards of Nicholas’ disappearance. You should be going to MailPen.net to get the most frequent updates, however I am seeing a lot of traffic related to this situation so I figured I’d make a quick post and try to keep funneling traffic that way.

The reward is now at 15,000 dollars and the story has gone national now, Christine Francisco, Nicholas’ wife was on Fox news On the Record with Greta this morning, reports say she will be on Nancy Grace tonight. ABC News also is now running the story

Father & Friend Missing Since the 13th

Nick is a friend of mine and freelance coworker who currently resides in the Seattle area, he’s a married father of two with a thrid on the way and an extemely talented designer. He has been missing since the 13th.

He was on his way home to make valentines cookies with his four year older daughter and was going to stop at a Safeway. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Below is the poster that has been placed all over the Seattle Area. Click on it for a bigger size. Figure we of Spokane are close enough to keep an eye out. Please keep him in your minds and prayers.

UPDATE: Still no trace of him. According to KOMO he hasn’t used his phone or bank account. Full story here. I’ll post more as I find it.
