Make it two in a row from The Dieline. These Elk & Wolf bottles are just too beautiful to ignore. Using a brushed aluminum wine bottle Social UK was able to create something truly out of the ordinary. You can imagine how these would stand out on a wall of dark glass bottles with various color labels.

Tapio Spirits

The Dieline has a post on Tapio which is an all-natural blended spirit from the UK. The design is simple yet elegant and manages to maintain the feel of a health drink at the same time. I love how clean the design is and that it allows what’s in the bottles to take center stage instead of wrapping the whole bottle with graphics and images.

Sennheiser’s Eco-Friendly Packaging

The Dieline posted this yesterday (Looks like they found it from the Design Muse) and I had to share with all of you as well. It just goes to show that eco-friendly packaging can also be beautiful. Shepard Fairey Releases Another Obama Poster

Shepard Fairy (of Obey fame) recently released the above poster done in his classic propaganda-esque style, his previous featured a different head shot of Obama and the word “Progress.” The previous is available in paster format at the Obey Giant site, or you can buy the above from the Obama Site. Whether or not you agree with Obama and his stances, the posters are damn cool. (Via Drawn!)

Found this great flickr pool the other day and thought I’d share. I am a big fan of Mid Centruy Modern design, in particular Russian Propaganda from WW2 and beyond, and this collection really excited me. It’s exactly that amd more… mid century modern stickers, labels and stamps from the 1950s – 1970s. Some really interesting and amazing things CHECK IT OUT.

Vintage Condom Packaging

Found this today on Aleksey Belyalov’s blog via Under Consideration’s Quipsologies who I guess got it from NOTCOT (how’s that for some refrences) anyway, figured I’d share. What is it? It’ vintage paper-based condom packaging from the 1930′s and 40′s. Some real gems in here. My fav is the featured above, DEVIL SKIN. I can only imagine the subtle paper envelope hiding a rubber of purely evil design. See more HERE.
